BaysHill is a Georgian Grade II listed Town house, spacious and comfortable and with considerable character throughout. The house can accommodate upto 12 people in comfort. There are 6 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen – dining room and drawing room with an open fire. This house is ideal for a family gathering or for families wishing to share a large and charming house with friends. Its also a great base for groups looking to explore the local area by foot, bike or just take in this magical part of Wales. A beautiful acre garden with a lawn and woodland surround the house. You will find snowdrops and bluebells in the spring, rhododendrons later in the year and magnificent trees in the woodland.

LIVING AREAS

As you enter the house you are greeted by the entrance hall. To your right is a large kitchen and dining area with all the space and modern appliances you need to cater for groups large and small. The dining table in this room has ample space for large numbers.

On your left is the elegantly decorated large drawing room. To the front of this room are comfortable sofas with a TV and an open fire. To the rear of the room is a formal dining area refectory table behind which door open to the walled courtyard with the morning sun.

ACCOMODATION

The first floor has four double bedrooms, all generously proportioned with wardrobe space and furniture. There is the master bedroom that has a king size bed, sofas and ample space. One double room and two rooms with a twin. On this floor there is a family bathroom with bath and drying area, adjacent to this is a large shower room and separate toilet. The 2nd floor has two further rooms with four single beds ideally suited to children.

THE GARDEN

The garden is perfect for a family, and has given generations fun and enjoyment. Its unique situation raised to the first floor and a surrounded by a turreted wall which overlooks the valley gives the garden a magical and secret feel. The garden is an acre in size.

There is nothing more enjoyable on a fine evening than having a BBQ with family and friends on the lawn. The woodlands that surround the lawn will provide hours of fun for children while offering privacy and tranquillity for others to enjoy. Bluebells carpet the woodland in the spring and there is a friendly owl that can often be spotted in the evenings.
